Being a second generation Indian kid who grew up on rice and curry chicken with poor physical genetics (sorry mom and dad), I was never exactly mr. fitness. Heck, all I ever knew about fitness came from watching juiced-out man-beasts running around in tights tackling other men on American Gladiator. Haha... not exactly the "lightbulb" career moment for myself, but entertaining to say the least. Unlike most kids my age, I was not out and about playing basketball and soccer outside with my brothers and cousins having a good ol time until mom called us in for dinner. Nope! Not until I beat that 8th level on Super Mario Bros! I barely ate, hated sweating, and always felt like a fish out of water when it came to sports or anything that required coordination. I didn't care about burning fat, getting healthy, proper nutrition, enjoying the outdoors, or anything physical for that matter! By an act of God one summer between changing high schools, my playstation broke! I had no friends, and my father had just bought a bench press for my brothers and I. So I decided to get acquainted with it... Like most of America, I had no idea how the heck to work out, I just knew that it felt good. I was in the garage everyday for close to an hour doing nothing but bench press and bicep curls (the mirror muscles!) and I was hooked! Ahhh the feeling of sweating and being in the zone! For 3 months my body barely changed, so I had no idea why I liked it so much. Over the years, I started doing research... and I discovered the things that the fitness industry was keeping secret. I saw why huge supplement corporations were trying to keep certain things in the dark and why the "Instant Fat Loss Pill" propaganda was such of a hoax. Things became clear to me...I applied them in my own life, and made dramatic results. I dropped 25 lbs of fat and went from 20% bodyfat to 10% in just matter of 12 weeks. I was pumped! Fat loss dropping, energy levels were soaring, and I felt on top of the world. I was not only transforming my body, but my transformation created the ripple effect in my life. Every facet of my life was DRAMATICALLY improved. I woke up earlier, I got more done throughout the day, my workouts broke through old plateaus, and my relationships improved beyond imagination. I was a new man. Now, I'm on a mission.
I am passionate about what I do- I want to be able help others experience what I feel day to day. I want to personally reach out to One Hundred people who are sick and tired and that stubborn body fat. My goal is to touch the lives of people who want to get in phenomenal shape in half the time. I want to shed some light on the confusion when it comes to fat burning. I will show the most effective, result-oriented workouts ever known in the industry.
